Great facilities and friendly service. We enjoyed the pool area with jacuzzis, water jets, and even a wave machine. The outdoor pool was heated and perfect for the chilly weather. The staff were welcoming and happy, making our stay even more enjoyable. Despite the slightly outdated rooms, the cleanliness was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

Aquapark was very good! Restarant was nice (food and design).

Room cleaning was not very good (but not bad!). The most cleaning was in changing towels, but sometimes we also need the floor cleaning because there are a lot of children in the hotel!

Very good rooms with a relaxing view of the front lake. Good location near main roads and not too far from Tampere airport. Quiet surroundings and easy parking. Very good place to stay after a busy working day.

Great location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and amazing hotel facilities with a pool area that offers plenty of entertainment options. The restaurants and pubs have a good variety of food and drink options. Also, the hotel is situated in a good area, especially the restaurants, and transportation to the night club is easy to access.

The rooms were pretty cold. In the corridor it was much warmer than in the rooms.

The pool was the highlight of our stay. It was spacious and had a kiddie pool too, perfect for families with children. The hotel's location was also great, with easy access to nearby shopping centres and amusement parks. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay more pleasant.

The restaurant was a big letdown since it was only open for groups. The alternative snack bar had basic food, not worth the price of the hotel.

Choice of food was poor especially as I'm allergic to fish,eg evening buffet main course choice of meat or fish dish, one potato dish and one vegetable dish.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and big bathrooms.

The restaurants can have long wait times, especially during peak hours.

Had a great Easter mini-holiday at this hotel with my family. The indoor swimming pools were amazing, especially the one with massaging showers and waves. The sauna department was also a highlight, with a range of options to choose from. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area.

The food options were basic and could have been improved, especially for the breakfast. The spa could have used some upgrading as it felt outdated.
